Our self-concept consists of our self-image (how we see ourselves) and our
self-esteem (how we feel about ourselves).
How we see ourselves and how we feel about ourselves become our beliefs,
attitudes and expectations.
Our decisions, behavior and actions are influenced by our beliefs, attitudes
and expectations.
The decisions we make and the actions we take affect the outcome that happens.
Our explanation of the outcome determines our experience of the outcome.
This explanation will be consistent and congruent with our self-concept.
Some questions to ask ourselves:
Why do we have the experiences we have? If we want different outcomes where
will the necessary changes be most effective? How are these changes made?
