Tokeiji Mirror Zen

The poem of the founder, the nun Shido:

If the mind does not rest on anything, there is no clouding.
And the talk of polishing is but a fancy.

The poem of the second teacher, the nun Runkai:

Various the reflections, yet the surface is unscarred;
from the very beginning unclouded, the pure mirror.
